The following activities with students took place during the meeting:
1. Students from partner schools presented in English to students of Vazrazhdane Secondary School their countries, cities, schools andhow they study English.
2. Students attended English lessons in 5 and 7 grade. KAHOOT, PADLET and other Web 2 and Web 3 tools were presented on the lessons. Students from the five partner countries joined the English lessons.
3.Students from the five partner countries participated in a contest in English.
4. Students took part in practical activities - prepared posters, painted pictures, prepared presentations in English.
5. Students from the five partner countries participated in a quiz in English from different areas of knowledge and life.
6. Students from the five partner countries discussed English teaching in their schools and shared their views on the usefulness of Web 2 and Web 3-based tools in studying English.
7. Mini-festival "Songs and Dances of nations" - students sang songs in English and in their native languages and presented one traditional dance from their countries.
8. Students guests viewed the facilities of“Vazrazhdane” Secondary School - Ruse and attended classes of students hosts in different subjects.
9. Students visited the Municipality of Ruse and talked with a representative of the Mayor and representatives of the Ministry of Education about teaching English in partner countries, shared their impressions from “Vazrazhdane” Secondary School- Ruse and their opinion on the usefulness of working on European projects "Erasmus+”.
10. Students guests learnt about history, architecture, culture and tourist attractions of the city of Ruse from presentations in English, prepared and presented by the students of “Vazrazhdane" Secondary School.
11. Students sightseeing in the city of Ruse and its environs and talked to guides in English.
12. Cultural program - students visited the old Bulgarian capital VelikoTarnovo, got acquainted with the historical, architectural and cultural landmarks and got lots of information in English.
13. Students visited the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev" - university with pedagogical courses teaching English and specialities "Computer Systems and Technologies", "Programming".They viewed the study housing and classes of students, the University library, the cultural center "Kanev center", the interactive museum of education. They participated in discussions in English with students from the University.
The following activities with teachers took place during the meeting:
1. The work on the project done so far was reported - the project activities, the implementation plan, the implementation problems. The presentations made by every partner were submitted to the coordinator - colleagues from Afyonkarahisar, Turkey.
2. The upcoming tasks for the months of March, April and May 2017 were marked outand the questionnaires for feedback were discussed.
3. The ways of communication were discussed and how to report the activities to the coordinator, implementation of the budget, filling out reports on the platform Mobility Tool.
4. The design and content of the newspaper were discussed - title, headings, materials for publication, release of the newspaper. The partners decided on the newspaper.
5. The teachers attended English lessons in 5 and 7 class. KAHOOT, PADLET and other Web 2 and Web 3 tools set in the project plan were presented on the lessons. Partners discussed lessons.
6. Teachers viewed the facilities of "Vazrazhdane" Secondary School - Ruse.
7. Teachers visited the Municipality of Ruse and talked with a representative of the Mayor and representatives of the Ministry of Education about teaching English in partner countries, shared their impressions from “Vazrazhdane” Secondary School - Ruse and their opinion on the usefulness of working on European projects "Erasmus+”.
8. Teachers learnt about history, architecture, culture and tourist attractions of the city of Ruse from presentations in English, prepared and presented by the students of “Vazrazhdane" Secondary School.
9. Teacherssightseeing in the city of Ruse and its environs.
10. Cultural program - teachers visited the old Bulgarian capital VelikoTarnovo.
11. Teachers from partner countries shared their experiences with professors from the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev" - a university with pedagogical courses teaching English and specialities "Computer Systems and Technologies", "Programming".They viewed the study housing and classes of students, the University library, the cultural center "Kanev center", the interactive museum of education.They had a talk with the deputy principal for European integrationabout education in secondary schools and universities in Bulgaria and about collaboration on educational projects of the European program "Erasmus +".
12. The plan for the next meeting in May in Lithuaniawas prepared and the dates were set.
13. The decisions of the meeting were taken with the consent of all partners.
