High school "TakiDaskalo" Bitola started working on 01.09.1984.
The school was established by decision of the Assembly of the Municipality of Bitola no. 08/425/1 from 27.01.1984 with transformation - bringing together high school "Miladinovci Brothers" in Bitola and the VocationalIndustrialSchool "KocoRacin" Bitola. Associating the two entities was the result of momentary directions for secondary vocational education, which means education of students required for the joint effort, whereby the starting point was the determination that the high school – gymnasium was static and did not give the expected results.

The Center for secondary vocational education, started its work on the 01/09/1984, and by the decision of the Council of Municipality of Bitola on 04.11.1985 was named, “TakiDaskalo.”
At the beginning of its work the school succeeded the following types of vocations: mining, auto - transportation, construction, textile, leather - rubber fields and gymnasium. By decision of the Committee for Education and Science no. 11-1058 of 22.05.1985, the verification is received for the education of students as follows: mining - geological vocation, auto -transportation, construction and architecture, rubber- leather, textile and food industry.
At the beginning of its work the school succeeded the following types of vocations: mining, auto - transportation, construction, textile, leather - rubber fields and gymnasium. By decision of the Committee for Education and Science no. 11-1058 of 22.05.1985, the verification is received for the education of students as follows: mining - geological vocation, auto -transportation, construction and architecture, rubber- leather, textile and food industry.
The established center at the beginning of its existence, acted as an institution with a clear perspective and in it an impressive number of studentswere gaining a vocational education.
As a consequence of the reorganization of the network of secondary education in 1993/94 academic year came to a realignment and reduction of educational profiles, represented in the country, and thus the Centre included the educational profiles: mining, transport, textile and machinery engineering – auto - mechanics with three-year duration of studies. In the same school year for the first time students were educated on educational profiles: printer (3 years) and graphics technician (4 years) from the graphic field and from the academic 1997/98 the school presented again the gymnasium - general direction. This point is of particular importance, not because of the increasing number of occupations and the gymnasium, but for the modified structure of the enrolled students for the new types of education, which were the precondition for achieving better results in the educational process.

The decision of the Ministry of Education and Science no. 11-4736/1 from 22.10.1996, approved the application of the Program structure for secondary education, and from 1999 in the vocational education is implemented the Phareprogramme, that reforms the vocational education, which actually began grouping of occupations and educational profiles within four-year education in 16 pilot schools.
By expanding the program, "TakiDaskalo" school is included in the PHARE programme for the graphic vocation, educational profile of four years of studies - graphics technician.
Changes in the program files are made in order to meet the needs of the labor market, individuals and the country as a whole.
From the 1997/98 academic year the school again taught gymnasium staff - general direction, and the 2001-2002 academic year introduced the reformed gymnasium for the following:
- Language-artistic,
- Socio-humanistic
and later naturally - mathematic.
For people who have not been able to acquire secondary education through regular education, it is enabled by passing associate exams, and more importantly, from the Ministry of Education by act no. 09-526/2 from 20.04.2005, is received a verification for specialized education for the educational profiles of the graphics field: a specialist in manually loading a text , a specialist printer, photolithography - chemography specialist, bookbinding and cardboard making specialist, graphic designer, a specialist in prepress, specialist in graphic finishing and in the traffic field for the educational profile: driver-instructor.
From the 2010/11 academic year it was introduced a new profession, constructional – geodetic vocation with four years of education for educational profile constructional - geodetic technician.
